Tracey Wasden
President
Tracey Wasden is a fourth generation Idahoan, born in Mountain Home and graduated from Wood River High School in Hailey. Tracey served as an intern in the Idaho State Legislature for Senator Richard (Dick) High from Twin Falls. In 1980 she received an Associates Degree in pre-law from Ricks College and later that year married Lawrence Wasden. In 1982, she completed her college education and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. Tracey has been a Republican since the age of 12. While then living in the heart of a democrat county, she declared to her family, what her political affiliation would be. Tracey has been active in politics for 30 years and currently serves as a precinct committeeman, Canyon County Republican Women’s President and the Idaho Federation of Republican Women Second Vice-President. She has run and won 10 statewide campaigns and helped on other numerous campaigns. Tracey is a tobacco educator, fitness instructor, and a mother and grandmother. She loves her husband and family and enjoys Idaho’s great outdoors.
