Kim Johnson is the current 1st Vice President of Canyon County Republican Women and is a 3rd generation Idaho native that resides in Caldwell, Idaho, with her husband Dirk. A graduate of Nampa Christian High School and Northwest Nazarene College, she has been heavily involved in agriculture and teaching by leading the Capstone Student Legislature each year at the Statehouse. Kim’s family raises purebred Arabian endurance horses (Belesemo Arabians,) sold both nationally and internationally, and operates a custom harvest operation (Johnson Custom Combine), harvesting over 40 different crops each year. In the past she has been honored to serve District 11 as a temporary fill in for State Senator Patti Anne Lodge in the Idaho State Senate.
Kim and Dirk live in the beautiful Sunnyslope wine and fruit growing region of Huston and have two grown sons, two wonderful daughter-in-laws and a first spectacular new granddaughter and potential future horse woman.
